Step Into Your Colours offers personalised Colour Analysis and Colour & Confidence Workshops across Northern Ireland. Sessions are friendly, practical and designed to give you advice you can use straight away.

I work with individuals, friends and families, as well as workplaces, wellbeing events and community groups. Pre-wedding get-togethers and girls’ weekends are becoming especially popular.

Workshops cover confidence-building colour tips, group draping, first impressions, practical wardrobes, strong neutrals, universal colours and simple ways to shop and dress more intentionally.

About me
I’m Briege Smyth, an accredited Colour Consultant based in Newcastle, working across Northern Ireland.
​​
After early retirement from teaching, I trained in London and founded Step Into Your Colours. My background in teaching, mental health awareness and voluntary work shapes a calm, supportive and down‑to‑earth approach.
​​
Sessions are personal and unhurried, with realistic take‑aways for everyday life. Colour isn’t about changing you - it’s about helping you feel more like yourself.

Individual & Small Group Colour Consultations
A full personalised colour analysis for one person or small groups of family and friends.
​​Full 2–4 hour consultations where everyone receives their own complete colour analysis, photos and follow-up guide.

Colour & Confidence Workshops

Colour Celebration Sessions
A lighter, more social experience for pre-wedding get-togethers, hen parties, birthdays, girls' weekends and family celebrations, with briefer personalised colour guidance.
​From £250 (typically up to 4 people).
Sessions are tailored to your group. Prices start from £250, with slightly larger groups considered on request.
